2. Services
We provide a white-labelled auction infrastructure platform to estate agents under an Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) model. We do not act as the principal agent unless explicitly stated.
3. Data Ownership
All system-generated and submitted data becomes the proprietary dataset of The Auction Department Limited. Data may be shared with introducing estate agents on a legitimate interest basis.
4. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of business, profit, or opportunity, or service interruptions. Our maximum aggregate liability is strictly limited to the fees paid by the user within the preceding 12 months.
5. Governing Law
These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of England and Wales.
